Materials Needed:
Fabric: ¼ yd of fabric – OR 1/2 yd of fabric if cut on the diagonal (for stripes)
1/8 yd lightweight fusible interfacing OR a piece of 4” x 15” (optional,
depending upon the weight of fabric used)
Velcro – ½” x 1 ½” piece OR bowtie fasteners and clip
