Bedspread #1 is done (for Jackie)! I have had it done for about a week. For a week I took a hiatus from sewing b/c my kids and I were sick with colds. I decided halfway through this to NOT quilt this bedspread. I didn't like how it was turning out. The way the layers are attached are on the edges by the borders and there are small blue and purple buttons in the center of the flowers. It turned out really cute. I am still in the middle of making bedspread #2 (for Missa).Posh Messenger Bags by Patchworkids
Here is another project I just started in the middle of making the bedspreads. In exchange for my nieces watching my kids, I offered to make them these bags. So far I have mostly finished this one first. I still need to find a cute big button to put on the outside flap. It took me only 3 hours to finish it (another hour to cut out, it took so long b/c of my kids). Love these bags~!
