Size Infant to Adult
Make your own pair of summer sandals! This is a great pattern for sandals that can match a special outfit, slippers for a gift or a holiday. You decided the size by purchasing either a pair of flip flops or thick craft foam.
Make any size!
Supplies Needed:
-One pair used or new flip-flops OR Craft foam – color to coordinate with fabric
-½ yd fabric OR scraps of coordinating fabrics
-Scraps of low loft batting to equal 18” x 22”
-Stiff interfacing – like Décor-Bond – 18” x 22”
-Large size binder clips
-Gorilla Glue or Shoe Goo Glue
Yeah summer is almost over but why not give these sandals to a family member for Christmas. Any size, pair or color of sandal will work. Nutty Nana has done it again, taking something that you think is hard when actually it is really easy. Reuse your old sandals!
