Katelyn Tween/Teen Skirt

Now your tween can have the funky, mod skirt she wants without spending a fortune on a designer one. Grab her favorite fabric combinations and sit down to create this awesome skirt together! There is no limit to the type of fabrics, colors or prints that can be paired to bring this skirt to life. Individual comfort meets individual style with two waistband options: full elastic or back elastic only. Included pattern is sized 6/8 up to Juniors 7/9. Written for beginners in mind, you’ll quickly be making great, fab skirts…and spending a bit of time together while you do it!

FABRIC:
For Same Fabric Skirt: All sizes: 1 yard of cotton fabric.

For Coordinating Fabrics Skirt:
Size 6-8 & 8-10: 4 cuts of ¼ yard cotton fabric.
Size 10-12 & 12-14: 4 or 5 cuts of ¼ yard fabric.
Size 14-16 & Jr 7-9: 5 or 6 cuts of ¼ yard fabric.

*Cuts vary depending on the length of skirt you want.

ELASTIC- 1 yard of 1/2 or 3/4 inch wide elastic or purchase in a package.

Other Supplies: Scissors, measuring gage, iron, pins, & large safety pin.
